About Me
MY NAME IS Adam Drew
I am a Seattle native. My great-grandfather was a steel worker in Pennsylvania, who moved west to Port Townsend, anticipating the opening of a steel mill there. When this didn’t occur, he joined the police department. The family eventually moved to Seattle.
Work History
Twenty years ago, I worked as a Restoration Expert, working on the old Victorian homes in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. I was trained to repair and restore old wood, and do high quality painting by experts in their field. They shared their knowledge with me. I was a quick study, and realized how much I enjoyed this type of work.
At Boeing, I got work doing industrial and office remodels, and many other projects. Then I ventured east to New York and found work remodeling old flats and homes in Manhattan and New Jersey, while learning even more about woodworking, tile work, and painting, which rounded out my skill set. Moving on to Louisville, KY, I gained more experience while living and working on old Victorian homes that were in bad disrepair.
Returning to Seattle, I was part of Tom Douglas’ crew that built out several of his restaurants: Brave Horse Tavern, Serious Pie, and Seatown Seabar. I did the maintenance on these, as well. At North pacific Properties, I also did a 6-year stint as handyman, handling a wide range of projects.
After servicing the greater Seattle area for over 15 years, I felt I was ready to open my own business. In 2016, I opened my own business – Falcon Construction Services
